Images communicate everything at once. Images offer immediacy and capture the entirety of a view. Representational images don't require decoding because they convey information literally. Viewers need not follow a particular path when looking at the elements in an image, they can choose the order of inspection. Images limits confusion on the interpretation however, teachers should be aware of students' culture. Collaboration Science Project

This upcoming April is the launching of Science Project. Students start to plan "what" and "how" to go about their projects. As teachers, we should consider the parents’ fear, when they bring their children to school for the first time. But, parents should also be aware that teachers love their students. It is our obligation to nurture their mind, to let them grow emotionally gradually and satisfy their curiosity. As parents, we can give more to our children in getting involved with schools’ activities. Smooth relationship between teachers and parents is a great factor for molding student holistically. Inculcating good manners at home is encouraged, which means responsible parenthood.

Twenty minutes for tech…….. There are a lot of professional developments out there. These are designed to improve teaching-learning process. However, these are offered after school. With this video conferencing options for classroom, we can also purchase this and have it during collaborative meeting twice a week. This video can help teachers across level on employing strategies to improve learning, solve behavior problems and even use it with students on some tips to stay focus and get high in MSA. It would be breathtaking instead of attending workshop after school.

Internet! What is that? Is that a new word? It attracts each student’s attention especially when we talk about games. It is the trend since 19th century. It is expanding to cater to global needs. This means, we are accelerating forward to make education advance and trouble-free. Through the internet, students absorb information quickly, in images and videos as well as text, from multiple sources. We use internet as early as in pre-K. Even with families who have the access, they expose their children to technology. This is a way to make our students become smart. As they say, learning is easy when you can see, hear and touch.

Classroom Management is the process of ensuring that classroom lessons run smoothly despite disruptive behavior by students. It is closely linked to issues of motivation, discipline and respect. I loved the way the author of “Teaching in the 408” particularly “The Secret to Building Classroom Culture” approached how to motivate his students to learning. Employing a resource person to ask about our doubts on a particular concept, clarify things about other cultures beliefs, validate our answers can build trust in the classroom as well as upon the teacher. In his experiences, he called his father. That is fabulous and interesting because the father is very willing to be a part of their learning. However, I can also call a colleague from another school or an experienced person to validate or answer their questions or any concern that they have in mind about a particular issue or concept learned. I did this last month with my students when we talked about fantasy and realism. My students were so excited to take part in question and answer portion through the telephone. They were motivated to think and try to construct their questions. There was thrilled and some were frustrated because of limited time. But, I tell you it was worthy because their questions were answered by someone not from the school. Self-confidence is in them!
